The Board is considering retaining a property manager for 2027. A committee will be formed to determine scope, pricing, and conduct a search. Residents interested in participating on this committee can email EstatesofLCS@gmail.com. The expense will be included in the 2027 budget to avoid a mid-year assessment adjustment.
The meeting will formally acknowledge the Fines Committee, which will determine whether fines imposed by the Board meet governing- document and state-law requirements. The HOA fines process will only address issues not already covered by Lake Clarke Shores ordinances; LCS violations will be referred to the Town.
The Special Board Meeting immediately follows the Annual Meeting at Lake Clarke Shores Town Hall. The Board will consider and vote on amendments to the Rules and Regulations of the Community. Membership approval is not required for these amendments; the amended Rules are provided for member review.
